Unless you chose an expedited shipping option at checkout, all orders are shipped out on SATURDAYS

Orders must be placed by SATURDAY AT 9AM EST in order to make our weekly deadline.

In order to receive a full refund you must meet the following criterion:

1. Alert us about the issue upon receipt of your package via email: custommade@tesitoconnection.com
2. Products must be received within 5 business days
3. Return must be in original packaging WITHOUT evidence of use

If you are unable to meet these requirements, you will receive store credit
